TechEd Amsterdam - Day 3

Zantaz.jpg

OK, so this is a little tongue-in-cheek. ZANTAZ is actually a leading provider of end-to-end e-communications management solutions for compliance, electronic discovery and email storage management. ZANTAZ solutions help clients protect their intellectual property, efficiently locate data, reduce email server load and meet industry and government regulations such as data protection laws. The sense of humour, and the nurse's uniform is definitely a British thing.

The VSTO blimp is still going strong, and its big brother is planning to make an appearance at the TechEd party tonight.

I've finished all my sessions now and my Ask The Experts duty - perfect timing so I can relax for the party tonight, and actually get to attend some other sessions. Looking forward to Understanding the Grey Area Between Service and Object Oriented Design at 1015, and to Pat Helland's The Nerd, The Suit and The Fortune Teller at 1200. I'm wondering whether that's going to be like The Englishman, The Irishman and The Scotsman - or maybe The Actress and The Bishop.

...and don't forget Mark Bower's talk on Delivering Rich Information via Research Services. Mark will be talking about the Office Zealot tools for developing Research Services, including the RS Object Model Wrapper, the RS Class Library, the new VS wizards, and the RS Tracing and Validation tool. Chris Kunicki (head OZ honcho) presented on this in San Diego, and its an excellent toolset. I'm interested to see what the European response will be.
