Hitched a Great Ride
Friday I received an e-mail from the Sci-Fi Museum (www.sfhomeworld.org) in Seattle (we are members). This e-mail was inviting me to see a sneak preview of Hitchhikers Guide Tuesday (last night). So I packed up the 7yr old and headed off to Seattle to stand in line with 400+ folks to check this flick out.
To put it simple... This movie is an absolute blast. It was a great sci-fi/comedy along the lines of GalaxyQuest. The effects were cool and I really liked Alan Rackman as Marvin the robot.
I am probably one of the few “nerds” that hasn't read the book yet so I can't tell you if it was good on that account. But if you are looking for a really fun movie check it out.
This summer is shaping up to be a really fun movie season.
