Unemployed or Underemployed Training in NC
A good friend of mine (Jim Duffy www.takenote.com) is involved in an organization in North Carolina called Techengage (http://www.techengage.org/). Tech engage is involved in setting up training for people who are unemployed or underemployed.
From their mission statement:
TechEngage is a community-based non-profit organization founded to provide unemployed and under-employed technical professionals with an affordable opportunity to obtain the high quality training they need to be competitive in today's tough job market.
How about showing these folks some support and getting the word out.
