Day of Dot Net In Chicago
Left Sioux Falls, SD this morning at 5:20. Made it to Chicago O'Hare by 8:00am
Drove to Palatine, IL for the confeence. Actually would have been here earlier but it took a 3 mile drive to find coffee. Caribou Coffee is what I found. What is up with this town. During the MVP summit last year I was walking with Jim Duffy from the Westin Hotel to the Convention center. Duff said: “Hey don't you want to stop for coffee at that Starbux over there?” I said no... there will be half a dozen between here and the convention center. Well we counted... We actually counted 5 starbux in the 2-3 block walk. I told him... If we would have walked down a block I would have made the 6. This didn't even count the other non Starbucks coffee places.
I live in the Seattle area. I love Seattle!
