Brian Jones is a program manager who has been working on the XML functionality in Office for the past 5 years. For Office 2003, he worked on the WordprocessingML schema as well as support for customer defined schemas in Word. Recently, Brian has worked on the Microsoft Office Open XML Formats that will be introduced in Office 12.  Brian also recently decided to start sharing more information on the design of these new formats with the Office community by starting a personal blog: http://blogs.msdn.com/brian_jones
