MOSS Certification Exam 70-630
I took a MOSS certification exam yesterday (Exam 70-630 TS: Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007, Configuring). Check out http://www.microsoft.com/learning/exams/70-630.mspx for details on this test. Passing it makes you a "Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist: SharePoint Server 2007, Configuring".
Overall, I thought it was a fair and well balanced exam. There were 51 questions, all multiple choice, that were focused on basic administrative tasks associated with MOSS. Topics included: Audiences, Security, Search, InfoPath Forms, Excel Services, BDC, stsadm, extranets, and more. This test did not cover web parts or any development associated with MOSS (that's another exam). It is specifically for administrators.
Oh... and I passed. Missed one question. Darn.
