Free ASP.NET Training from Microsoft
As crazy as it may sound, I know a number of developers at client sites that have still not been exposed to .NET. I just saw an advertisement from Microsoft for some free virtual training for ASP.NET (see details and link below). I strongly encourage .NET novices to jump at this offer.
