Are you reading The Slacker Manager? If not, hop right over and read Bren's
post about customer service. It ought to get your blood boiling (well, simmering anyway). I'm astonished that there are people who still don't get the simple rule that a good purchasing experience results in a small amount of good word-of-mouth (or word-of-blog) buzz but a bad experience creates vigilantism.
