Check out the Do-It-Yourself Planner

Doug Johnston has crafted a terrific set of planner pages he calls the Do-It-Yourself Planner that can be used in a GTD workflow. He has generously made them available under a Creative Commons license. The planner pages can be printed out and used in a paper binder or used on a Tablet PC by “printing” them to either Microsoft Journal, GoBinder, or PlanPlus for Windows XP (formerly Tablet Planner). The templates include pages for:

  • Next Actions
  • Waiting For
  • Agendas
  • Objectives
  • Project Outlines
  • Someday/Maybe projects
  • To Do lists
  • Contact logs
  • Brainstorming

and more. All are attractively designed and many provide a graph paper sketching area for sketching out mind maps or diagrams.

Thanks Doug.
