Microsoftie Jeff Sandquist has a great two-part blog post about “kicking butt” on your Inbox detailing how he has applied David Allen's Getting Things Done principles and the GTD add-in for Outlook to managing his e-mail (

here). Good stuff, especially if you're relatively new to the method. I especially appreciate his discussion and advice about using Outlook rules to route incoming mail.
