Where can you find RSS feeds?

I'm a big fan of using RSS feeds to aggregate news and information rather than spending a lot of time surfing around looking for what's new. My unscientific calculations are that I've reduced my idle, aimless surfing around by about 40%. A common question I get asked when I'm explaining how RSS has substantially reduced the amount of time I spend in the browser doing this kind of checking is "where can I find a good set of RSS links to get started?".

A few aggregators include a beginning list of sources but here's a link to a list of some of the favorite feeds from the editors at CNet. There are a number of excellent sources listed.

You can also use the excellent Feedster and Technorati engines to find RSS feeds on a particular subject. And of course, there's always Google which really seems to like blogs and other sources of RSS feeds (probably due to the rapid and regular updates).
