UPDATES: Lookout and ContentSaver

Lookout update

Lookout has been updated to version 1.0.2 to address an issue discovered in the preview release that caused the automatic upgrade installation to fail. Lookout should alert you that this upgrade is available. If not, go get it at their website.

File-Ex improves Open & Save dialogs
