Managing mail in your Outlook inbox
Yesterday's Microsot Insider Update newsletter has a link to an online training exercise that offers 5 useful tips for managing your mail. The focus is mail you've elected to keep in your Inbox. I try not to use the Inbox as a storage area (see my recent series of posts on Getting Things Done) but the tips and techniques are useful even if you regularly empty your Inbox.
