McGee says I'm a finder of "friction reducers"
Jim McGee, in his McGee's Musings blog, has picked up on a few of the cool tools I've been blogging about. He came up with a lovely phrase to describe many of these tools -- "friction reducers". Hmm... sounds like a new category for the blog.
I discovered Jim and his blog through Buzz from ActiveWords (winner, BTW, of the first OfficeZealot Stamp of Approval).
