Office Newsgroups - another great resource
Microsoft maintains an enormous number of newsgroups that provide a variety of interesting discussions. Two of my favorites are the OneNote and Outlook newsgroups. You'll find a number of Microsoft MVPs and other knowledgable members of the Office community providing outstanding support to new and experienced users.
