Great sites about Microsoft
Robert Scoble (aka the Scobelizer), Microsoft's most prolific blogger, has a great post about a Washington Post article on the subject of companies getting it right or wrong when it comes to dealing with customers.
Scoble gets it right most of the time and I think, based on my experience, that he's spot on here.
He also "gets" blogging right 99-44/100% of the time. He provides a list of links to great MS sites. I reminded him about OfficeZealot.com and he immediately updated his post with a link to us. Thanks Robert!
