Where did my Smart Tags go?!!!
Well, if you just installed XP SP2 you may want to read this Knowledge Base Article - 884197, which explains how to get your Smart Tags in Outlook back:
SYMPTOMS
After you install Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2), smart tags do not appear in Microsoft Office Outlook 2003.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs because Windows XP SP2 makes some security changes in Outlook 2003 that causes smart tags not to persist in Microsoft Outlook. This behavior does not occur when users install Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 1 (SP1).
