VSTO Discussed on the .NET Show on MSDN

This week the .NET show on MSDN is discussing Smart Client technology. I was excited to see KD Hallman being interviewed about VSTO. She discusses what it is and why the product is needed. There are a few interesting theoritical discussions in this interview:

• When is a smart client (Office solution) better over the web and vice versa?
• What advantages does Office bring to a solution?
• Does VSTO give the developer too much power? (Not a question I would have expected)
