VSTO 2.0: The Next Generation

Today I noticed that Peter Torr and Paul Cornell started a VSTO 2.0 blog. Since VSTO 2.0 is not a released product or even in beta, we can only assume that there will be something for them to talk about soon regarding the next version of Visual Studio Tools for Office 2.0. (or its wishful thinking on my part)

Unfortunately I can?t talk about VSTO 2.0 right now due to NDA stuff. I?m not even sure if I can say that I can?t talk about VSTO 2.0 due to NDA.

Anyhow, I?m going out on the limb: I?m very excited about the next release and it opens up some great solution opportunities for customers that were not possible or downright difficult before.

How is that for leaving you hanging :-)? When we have more to talk about, I plan to blog a lot about VSTO 2.0, as there is a lot to talk about.
