Office 2003 SP1 Enhancements

Neowin.net reports to have some screenshots of the SP1 version of InfoPath and rumors about new features for Office 2003 SP1.

This brings up the continuing debate surrounding Service packs. Should service packs just contain bug fixes or is it O.K. to add functionality? There are supporters for both scenarios and no clear winner. Let me expand on this topic.
