IBF: Build and Execute Action Tool requires C++

Just a quick note for anyone using (or trying to use) the Build and Execute Action feature in the IBF Metadata Desinger tool: To use the Build and Execute Action feature with IBF, you must have the C++ debugging tools installed with Visual Studio .NET.
