Applied Insensitivity Training

I don't get how certain things slip out the door in software. Whether it's foul language, images, or simply inappropriate content.

It often slips out in developer comments, easter eggs, test data, and the like. Rule of thumb in building software/projects - NEVER INTRODUCE CONTENT YOU WOULDN'T WANT THE WORLD TO SEE - because invariably they do....
